We are a preferred provider (= "in-network") for Aetna, CIGNA, First Choice, Lifewise, and Premera Blue Cross. If you have out-of-network benefits we can also bill Group Health and Regence plans.
We are not currently taking new auto injury/PIP claims unless you are specifically referred to us from your physician's office (if you haven't been referred, and you have a PIP claim, we recommend seeing Paul Nojaim, LAc. , Karin Nelson, LAc., or Andrea Kurtz LAc. - their contact info is on the resources page).
Many insurance plans consider acupuncture to be medically necessary for various health concerns (usually those that are related to pain conditions), and will cover a percentage of the treatment price. You can check on your coverage by calling the customer service number on the back of your insurance card.
Payment can be made by cash or check. We can also give you a receipt to submit for HSA reimbursement.
